BOOKING POLICY: 

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking and goes towards your booked treatment. For phone/sms bookings, payment is due within 2 hours of the request via payment link. 

  • If booking online, your card will be charged instantly. 

  • This deposit is refundable if canceled 48 hours prior to your appt or if a service wasn't performed at the time of your appointment.

  • Deposits also cover no-show or late cancellation fees (<48 hrs). 

  • We observe a 15-min wait limit; tardiness results in a no-show or shortened service.

  • Failed card charges require an alternative payment for resolution. Booking is restricted until outstanding fees are settled.
